With its lush landscapes and climate tempered by the presence of the Litavka River, the town of Králův Dvůr boasts a truly special geographical position in the Czech Republic’s Central Bohemian Region. This is the location of the new residential project designed by the LUCERN s.r.o architectural firm, which chose Panaria Ceramica products for its surfaces coverings.
With its pure volumes and clean lines, the house impresses at first sight due to its masterful use of wooden surfaces that make the difference between inside and outside imperceptible. The nuances in Panaria Ceramica’s Prime Stone collection used for both indoor and outdoor areas perfectly match the natural colours of the wood.
Prime Stone is a collection with a soft and balanced colour aesthetic: the light shades of the stone-effect porcelain stoneware create a contemporary design and a delicate play of contrasts that harmonize with the solidity of the material. In particular, for the flooring in the living area and for the open-plan kitchen facing the lounge, the design firm chose the Sand Prime Soft version in the 90x90 cm format with an 11 mm thickness. The vertical surfaces of the kitchen are characterized by the Black Prime Soft version in the 45x90 cm format with an 11 mm thickness.
Dark shades also dominate the bathroom with the Silver Prime finish in the 90x90 formats (11 mm thick) on the floor and in the Muretto 30x60 cm (10 mm thick) decoration on the wall.
The outdoor area devoted to the porch and the swimming pool features the sand-coloured shades of the Sand Prime STRUCTURED RECT variant in the 45x90 cm format with a thickness of 20 mm.
Combining the indisputable aesthetic excellence of the Panaria collections with outstanding technical performance, 20 mm-thick porcelain stoneware is the ideal solution for countless outdoor applications, thanks to its high mechanical resistance, non-slip properties and high tensile strength.

Des volumes purs et des lignes nettes, au premier regard la maison frappe par l'utilisation savante des surfaces en bois qui rendent imperceptible la différence entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Les nuances de la collection Prime Stone de Panaria Ceramica utilisées pour les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs s'harmonisent parfaitement avec les couleurs naturelles du bois.
Prime Stone est une collection dont les teintes légères et les chromatismes à l'esthétique souple et calibrée du grès cérame effet pierre créent un style contemporain et un jeu de contrastes délicat, qui s'expriment dans la solidité de la matière. En particulier, pour le dallage de la zone living et pour la cuisine open space ouverte sur la salle de séjour, le bureau d'étude a choisi la variante Sand Prime Soft en format 90x90 cm en 11 mm d'épaisseur. Les surfaces verticales de la cuisine sont par contre caractérisées par la variante Black Prime Soft en format 45x90 cm en 11 mm d'épaisseur.
Les teintes foncées dominent aussi dans la salle de bains avec la finition Silver Prime dans les formats 90x90 (épaisseur 11 mm) au sol et avec le décor Muretto 30x60 cm (épaisseur 10 mm) au mur.
La zone extérieure réservée au portique et à la piscine a pour protagonistes les teintes claires sable dans la variante Sand Prime STRUTTURATO RECT dans le format 45x90 cm en 20 mm d'épaisseur.
En associant l'élégante esthétique incontestable des collections Panaria aux performances techniques de très haut niveau, le grès cérame de 20 mm d'épaisseur est la solution idéale pour des applications infinies pour l'extérieur, grâce à la résistance mécanique élevée, au glissement et à la résistance élevée aux charges de rupture.
